Sarah is a Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Sports Massage Therapist.

Sarah has been competing in bodybuilding as a natural athlete since 2017 and with several placings received over the years, her proudest moment to date was being awarded 1st Place at the 2018 UKUP British Finals in the Women’s Figure category.

Sarah’s life started very differently. In her young adult life she experienced being overweight, before dieting and as a result suffering from eating disorders. She began her very own fitness journey in February 2016 and has now a range of personal experience and formal qualifications to help others start their own journey.

Full time worker, fiancé and father, Scott has each achieved outstanding results over the past year. With 3 lockdowns, gym closures and even contracting coronavirus, nothing has stood in his way. A whopping 50kg weight loss, clothing size XXXL to an L and atleast 10 inches lost to his waistline! Scott’s blood pressure has reduced from high risk to low risk with his prescribed medication being dramatically reduced. The Switch has flicked and now we focus on strength training to build muscle and progress further.

Full time working husband and father of 2, a family man who began The Switch program in January 2020 (left hand picture). Mark aka ‘Maxy’ worked through his SWITCH coached plan through all 3 Coronavirus lock-downs! It just goes to show, if you stick it out, work hard, you really can achieve more than you ever imagined. He hit his first bodybuilding show in July 2021 and came home with 3 trophies! Mark now continues to make further progress for 2022 competitions.

After losing 4 stone in body weight Jake’s training was all over the place. Progress had stopped and he felt like it was going nowhere. After a few discussions, Jake decided to join the Switch team and keep the progression going. Dropping another stone in body weight and then beginning a growth phase he’s smashed each lockdown and is looking forward to a big 2021.

Cheryl’s goal was to get stronger to help her hold Yoga poses. Mid-August 2020 we began a beginner-level gym program and getting some nutritional goals. We ran a fat loss phase whilst we learned basic lifts – her physique changed massively, body fat reduced by around 50%. The strength then phase began and in the first 8 weeks, her overhead press has progressed from 17.5kg to 27kg! Her body shape is changing to a more athletic, toned physique. Calorie intake is now very high at around 3,000 – squats are low – watch us as we continue to build this year.

Full time worker and mum, Sally Rowe began a muscle building  phase in September 2020, then we transferred to a short diet phase; watch out for the shreds before building again. Sally has always trained, but never before in a bodybuilding style. 2021 brings new goals for us physically and mentally, with a view to see the bodybuilding stage.
