The Basics: Bookings, Payments and Working Hours

Personal training sessions are priced at £35 per session for no more than 60 minutes, sold in groups of 5 or more. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the booked session or they are charged at the full rate.

Coaching packages run in either the time frame agreed (for example a 12 week plan) or month-to-month and incur no pauses for reasons which may include, but are not limited to, personal holidays, lifestyle change, lulls in health or lack of motivation. When cancelling a direct debit/standing order, you must give Sarah notice of your intended cancellation at least one month in advance prior to cancelling your payment yourself. If restarting a monthly coaching service, the start-up fee is due

No refunds or exchanges are given. Services are non-transferable between clients or personal trainers. Pre-paid services or gift cards must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Sarah uses messenger services mainly and will have a friendly and accountable approach to her coaching. Sarah aims to reply to messages or checking within 24 hours. Sarah reserves the right to take time out of work and holidays at her own free will. Sarah does not work on Sundays. You are required to respect other gym members and Sarah’s clients and may be removed from personal training sessions or coaching services if disrespect is presented.

Sarah reserves the right to make any changes to her terms at her own discretion.

Images, Social Media & Copyright

Sarah supports positive social media posts and may ask for your permission to create posts involving image and text. She may ask for your permission to involve you in this. Sarah encourages you to positively post on social media, with the agreement that you will not bring herself, her name or services, her stakeholders or associates into disrepute. Any unauthorised reproduction of Sarah’s work is not acceptable, nor will be transferable to another person.


Anyone with any medical problems must see a General Practitioner before taking part in any diet change or exercise. Even if you have no known problems, it is advisable that you consult your doctor anyway before making any change to your lifestyle. You should be in good physical condition before taking part in any exercise. Sarah is not a medical care provider it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise or diet on a medical condition. The information provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay in seeking it, because of any information which Sarah Ridgeway has provided.

If you do have any known illness, ailments or are taking medication, you agree that you and your General Practitioner is happy for you to continue for to exercise and make any change to your diet.

Sarah Ridgeway is not a medical health practitioner or mental health provider and does not hold herself out to be so in any capacity. Rather, she provides a guide to help you reach your own goals.

You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, life and well-being, as well as the health, lives and well-being of your family and children (born and unborn, as applicable), and all decisions now or in the future. You are aware of related risks and take full responsibility for your physical exercise and any activities which Sarah may recommend or provide.

In the event that you use the information provided through Sarah Ridgeway’s services, and/or products, Sarah assumes no responsibility. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of published and given information although information may inadvertently contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.

The use of any exercise or diet change from Sarah Ridgeway is at your own choice and you agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold Sarah harmless of any loss or claim from using her knowledge and any information provided.

Nutritional Plans

All nutritional plans, ideas and influences provided are an example as a possible eating pattern or inspiration to put your own meal plans together. The priority of the examples provided is to control energy intake and expenditure in order to lose, maintain or gain weight. Sarah is not a dietitian and will not recommend specific long term meal plans.

All nutritional plans are for those of good physical and mental health. They are not suitable for anyone with or who has experienced or is currently experiencing an eating disorder, any metabolic conditions or any mental health problems.

Sarah has personal knowledge and experience of the diet and bases her examples on calorie and macronutrient values. Sarah is not a doctor, dietician, registered nutritionist nor nutritional therapist, and therefore cannot diagnose or treat any nutritional problems or nutritional ailments. If you have any nutritional problems or ailments, you are recommended to visit a specialist, General Practitioner, registered nutritionist or nutritional therapist.

‘The Eatwell Guide’ can help you get a better understanding of balanced, healthy eating. You must ensure with any eating pattern that you keep hydrated.

You acknowledge any of your allergies and you will ensure that you not consume anything which you are allergic to or may cause you harm. You will not hold Sarah Ridgeway responsible for any allergic reactions you may encounter.

Personal Training, Online Coaching, Exercise and Exercise Programmes

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in exercise or any exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, and you are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and release Sarah Ridgeway from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of your activities.

Exercises and exercise programmes are to be used only as a guide. It is highly recommended that you have personal training sessions to learn the correct and safe technique for each exercise. Throughout any personal training, exercise or exercise programme, you must be aware of and work to your ability and capability. Remember that the quality of exercise should always be prioritised over quantity or increased loading.

Sarah aims to reply to your contact within 24 hours. In some circumstances, this may not be possible but she will aim to respond as soon as she practically can. You are to inform Sarah of any changes to your health or anything you may feel aggravates any health condition or you feel is unsafe. Ensure that when entering a gym, you inform the gym staff of any changes to your health.

Sarah works freelance and any personal training sessions or gym use with require a separate gym membership or day entry rate.


There is no guarantee that you will experience the same results as another person and you accept the risk that the muscle building results, fitness results, competition results and fat loss results differ by individual. Each individual’s health, fitness, and nutrition success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, technique, genetics and motivation.

As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.

Sarah Ridgeway is not responsible for your actions. The use of Sarah’s information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that our company is not liable for any success or failure of your physique that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of her information, products and services.
